Beta Terms

You must be at least 18, or older if that is the legal age to play daily fantasy sports where you live (21 in some places). Daily fantasy sports are restricted or prohibited in some places; you are responsible for knowing and following the law that applies to you. Praedictum does not offer contests, hold funds, or accept entries.

Praedictum is a free public beta. There is no pricing, no payment, no purchase and no tier. Features, limits and availability may change, pause or end at any time, for anyone, without notice. Some features (for example building lineups) may be unavailable.

Projections, simulations, ownership estimates and portfolio suggestions are modeled outputs, with uncertainty, for information and entertainment. They are not betting, financial or investment advice and are not guaranteed to be accurate; nothing on Praedictum promises any real-world sports or contest result. Read every number with the band and provenance shown next to it. You decide what to play, and you can lose money playing daily fantasy sports.

Praedictum is provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind: no guarantee it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses, including contest losses, arising from using it.

Praedictum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to DraftKings Inc. “DraftKings” is referenced only to describe interoperability, for example the format of a file you can upload there yourself. Praedictum never submits, enters or confirms an entry into DraftKings on your behalf: marking a lineup as “submitted” only records what you told it you did.

DraftKings and its logo are trademarks of DraftKings Inc. The logo appears on our Sports and Tools pages with the trademark owner’s written permission.

Do not attack, scrape or overload the service, bypass its limits, use it unlawfully, or create accounts in bulk. We may suspend or delete accounts that do, and may end the beta at any time.
